At eClerx, I worked as a User Experience Designer and Data Visualiser. eClerx is an Indian IT consulting and outsourcing multinational company. The company provides business process management, automation and analytics services to global enterprises.

I got the opportunity to work on enterprise products for renowned clients and eClerx in-house products. I learned about the complexities of enterprise services and IT administration. Also, I got an opportunity to utilize my data visualization skills, which I learned at NID.
I closely collaborated with product managers and UX researchers and interacted with the engineering team to understand the product strategies and constraints.
I was involved in the research, building stories by understanding business requirements, defining the information architecture, low-fidelity clickable prototypes, designing high-fidelity prototypes and animations for micro-interactions. My role also included user testing, handing out the development specs, and presenting designs to stakeholders.
