Boond: Enhancing
the Experience of Blood Donors



Overview
In the second semester at NID, I worked on this design project to understand service design in the healthcare sector. The project resulted in designing a mobile application to enhance the overall experience of blood donors. The goal was to improve the network and total operating time of the blood donation process and to create awareness and motivation amongst people about blood donation.
